Born in a small city near Bergamo (Italy) early in the 90’s, Federico Targa aka Novotny, made his first music approach at the age of six, starting to play drums and music at a private school, developing since than his musical skills and increasing his interest in diffent musical genres. He grew up listening mainly Funky and talo-Disco without neglecting many others kind of music such as Punk,Rock and 90's Hip-Hop. Later, he was interested in other genres of electronic music such as Minimal and House. At the end of High School, he attended University in Trieste, where he got his deegre as Naval Engineer. At the same time he started the activity of dj and producer, focusing mainly on deep and tech house. At the moment, he is engaged as a music producer to Cadillac Records and DuoBoxRecordings.As a dj is engaged in some local parties and private parties. His productions has been inspired mainly by 80’s Funky beats and tones with special regard to drum patterns and voices of that genre.Now he lives in a small city in East-Italy where, with others friends, he dedicates his time to play in some gigs and to produce new tracks, entrusting to Francesco Campeotto (Audio Engineer) for the part of mixing and more generally to the part of sound design.Moreover, he is engaged in some others projects (such as an ambient project w/ Winnick) to speriment new kind of music with particular regard to Synthesizers use , in order to produce good quality electronic music taking full advantage off all available device for music productions.
